I was surprisingly amazed at the quality of food based on the store front. Then again, in my option, most of the best places to eat in Portland, tend to be hole-in-the-wall restaurants. I just got the basic chicken teriyaki, but this dish was anything but basic. The quality of the chicken was perfect, all white meat, tender and juicy. Not at all what I expect at this point from chicken teriyaki. Fatty, dark meat pieces of gristly chicken. NO MORE! It came with a side of deep fried vegetables and a small salad both of which were delicious. Lastly, the portion of the whole dish was spot on. So if you're looking for the best chicken teriyaki in Portland, This is it, right here!

Found this place while on a work trip. Got 2 rolls and miso soup to go. Had the soup first, it was bland. I don't think I've ever had miso soup be bland at any restaurant. Both rolls were the same BLAND! Rice had no seasoning. The older gentleman who made the sushi was sweet but I wouldn't go back. Even the soy sauce couldn't save the rolls.

I've enjoyed Yuki & Song for many years. The lovely couple and their family that run the place are always pleasant and want to provide a quality product. Unfortunately, there was an illness and they reduced their hours and the open times became very inconsistent and hard to predict.
There is an issue with consistency when it comes to portions. Some days you are generously served and others very sparsely. -

It's a worn little shop tucked into a strip mall.
That pretty much sums it up.
Older couple run it. The rolls were decent but not amazing.
It's coke or iced tea to drink.
Hot food was meh.
Lady watched YouTube on her phone most of the time. -

Great lunch specials at a very reasonable price. A simple mom and pop shop well worth the drive for a filling lunch.
